Assure
System Suitability
Keep your Spectrometer Performance Optimized
Assure-System Suitability Test (SST) is the ideal tool for any NMR spectroscopy laboratory. In full automation, the NMR spectrometer is validated regularly for instrument performance and optimized BEFORE you run your samples.
Fully Customizable
Choose from a list of available individual tests to perform lineshape and sensitivity measurements on your liquid-state NMR spectrometer that will run at a time convenient for your facility. Probe specific parameter settings enables use on mostly any liquid-state NMR probe.
Available Individual Tests
1H Lineshape, 19F Sensitivity, 1H Sensitivity, 31P Sensitivity, 13C Sensitivity, Temperature Calibration
For optimal lineshape results on your samples, Assure-SST stores the shim file from each successful lineshape test. This shim set may be used as a starting point for shim optimization on your samples and thereby reduces your dependence on weekly instrument adjustment by your NMR specialist. Assure-SST’s Temperature Calibration feature calibrates AND adjusts the temperature of the sample to the actual desired value. Accuracy in temperature provides optimal results for spectral reproducibility from instrument to instrument.
Assure-SST Benefits
- Fully Automated Performance Validation
- Instrument Optimization
- Monitors performance of ‘walk-up’ instruments
- Enables NMR specialist to produce more results
- Improves data quality
- Meets GLP requirements
