Inverse NMR CryoProbes
Optimized for 1H applications
The inner coil of these versatile probes is optimized for 1H observation while the outer coil is tuned to 13C/15N or 13C/31P frequencies depending on probe configuration. You can simply switch between decoupling nuclei using a digital tuning device on the probe.
Triple TCI/TXI Probes
Triple Resonance Probes give you access to advanced NMR techniques, letting you pulse up to three nuclei in one experiment. The TXI probe is optimized for 1H observation and decoupling of two specified nuclei. In the case of TCI, the probe is optimized for 1H and 13C observation. If you add a deuterium lock switch, you can decouple 2H, as well, permitting decoupling of up to three nuclei in a single pulse sequence.
Triple (TXI/TCI) Resonance Probes are used extensively for the family of double and triple resonance experiments developed to perform NMR structure determination of biological macromolecules. Select a probe with decoupling nuclei to match your sample requirements.
